Some jobs do not need a survey first. These call-outs have a fixed price, shown below plus VAT, and are carried out by S&K Glazing Limited.
Emergency board-up call-out

Per attendance · plus VAT
Attendance to secure a broken or forced frontage: travel, labour and boarding materials for a standard single shop opening up to 4m wide, plus a measure-up for the replacement glass while we are there.
Not included: Openings over 4m, structural propping and the replacement glazing itself are quoted separately once measured.

Attendance and the first hour of labour for door adjustments, dropped leaves, closer replacement, hinge and glazing bead repairs.
Not included: Further labour is charged at the rate agreed on site before we continue. Parts are extra and confirmed before fitting.

Per shutter · plus VAT
Service on one shutter: spring tension check, motor and limit check, guide and lath inspection, lubrication, safety brake test and a written condition report.
Not included: Replacement parts, motors and springs are quoted separately after inspection.

Fitted, standard tubular motor · plus VAT
Supply and fit of a standard tubular shutter motor up to 100Nm, including removal of the old motor, refit, limit setting and test. Manual override included.
Not included: Motors above 100Nm, three-phase units and barrel replacement are quoted after inspection.
