The detail
Sizes are set out to suit the frontage proportions rather than filling every inch. Sign trays and canopies are fixed back to the building structure, not just the fascia board. Colours are matched to your brand reference and checked against samples.

How much do canopies and awnings cost?
Budget from £1,250 plus VAT as a starting point. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
How long does it take?
Lead time is typically 3-4 weeks after survey. Fitting a standard your unit is normally one to two days on site. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.

Is the survey free?
Yes. The survey is free and carries no obligation to go ahead.
How long is the quotation valid?
Quotations are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.
How do payments work?
A deposit is taken when you accept the quotation, a further stage payment on the first day of installation, and the balance on satisfactory completion. The exact split is set out on your quotation.
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
