The data controller for this website is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company 16703925), Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG, which runs websites for the S&K Group.

What we collect

When you use a form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and what you tell us about the job. If you accept analytics cookies we collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and prepare a quotation (legitimate interests and steps before a contract), and to improve the site where you have consented to analytics.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms. Live chat is provided by Tawk.to. Analytics is provided by Google. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept for six years for tax and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@skshopfronts.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
